Job Description

Dynamic HR Outsourcing is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a client in the Bloomington, IL area.
Compensation & Benefits:
$80K or more DOE, Quarterly performance bonus Company vehicle Health Insurance PTO Retirement 6 Paid Holidays The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the project cycle for rebuilding projects. This includes providing direction and coordination of all field activities related to the installation teams and any coordinated subcontracts, managing the project schedule throughout the project lifecycle, and securing any unique materials, permits, and/or equipment required to complete the project.
Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:
Ability to manage reconstruction projects Negotiate/justify scope of services with adjustors, consultants, etc. Plan, organize, and manage crews and subcontractors Estimate projects using T and M and/or Xactimate Participate in design, process, and permit submittal Establish and maintain client relationships Complete monthly expense reports Attend all appropriate company meetings Attend regular company-sponsored training sessions Additional duties required as needed Track job budgets, communicate job status, and provide written reports Monitor production progress daily and on-site inspections Provide superior customer service as the point of contact for the customer and/or adjustor Assign projects to crew members and complete all appropriate paperwork and written instructions daily
Construction Project Manager Requirements:
3+ years' experience as a project manager - subcontractor network and vender relationship Ability to manage budgets and schedules Ability to recognize and solve problems independently Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, responsible and accountable 3+ years write/run with Xactimate and/or T and M Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
