Job Site Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Job Site Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations for commercial construction projects in Northwest Indiana. This role is responsible for coordinating subcontractors, maintaining job site safety, managing schedules, and ensuring quality work is completed on time and according to plans. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily job site operations from start through closeout.
• Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Maintain project schedules and coordinate trade sequencing.
• Enforce safety standards and job site compliance.
• Review plans, specifications, and field progress.
• Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and site logistics.
• Track daily progress and communicate updates to project leadership.
• Help resolve field issues to keep projects moving. Qualifications
• 5+ years of construction field leadership or superintendent experience.
• Commercial construction experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong knowledge of job site safety and construction sequencing.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CMiC, Bluebeam, or similar tools is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.
• OSHA 30 preferred.

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
