Multifamily Student HousingPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee multifamily new construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of HVAC project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to budget constraints. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and project management skills to drive the successful completion of HVAC installations in various settings, including senior living, student housing, apartments, and hotels.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage HVAC projects from conception to completion, ensuring all work is performed in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to establish project scope, timelines, and budgets.
Prepare and review bids and estimates for HVAC projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
Oversee the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders, to maintain clear communication among stakeholders.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and safety standards.
Act as the primary contact for clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager specifically in multifamily new construction projects.
Understanding of HVAC systems, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Experience with project bidding and estimating processes.
Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
