Job Description

A well-established general contracting firm is seeking a Project Manager to support commercial construction projects throughout the region. This role is responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing both new construction and renovation work with project values typically ranging from $1M to $15M+.To express interest, contact Michael Crabtree at michael.crabtree@cybercoders.com.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeoutPartner closely with Superintendents to coordinate schedules, logistics, safety plans, and field executionServe as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractorsReview construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents to fully understand scope and riskCollaborate with the estimating team during preconstruction and project handoffNegotiate subcontractor agreements, change orders, and financial disputes with owners and trade partnersTrack project costs, schedules, cash flow, and work-in-progress reportingDocument and manage scope changes that impact schedule or budgetEnsure compliance with project safety plans and regulatory requirementsSupport MBE and WBE subcontracting goals and affirmative action contract requirements as applicablePrepare and present project closeout documentation and final project packages
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred2+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractorProven ability to manage multiple projects concurrentlyExperience negotiating change orders and managing subcontractor scopesProficient with Microsoft Office and construction management softwareStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentCollaborative team player with a high level of professionalism and integrityBenefitsSalary 85-100k (based on experience)Medical & Vision InsuranceDental InsuranceSick LeavePaid Vacation & Holiday Pay401(k) Plan
