Job Description
Signature Homes is looking for a skilled residential construction detailer to perform punchlists and maintain cleanliness of construction site throughout construction process. Will undergo training. Experience with small tools, light carpentry work, and working a team are a must. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Perform punchlist at critical stages of construction for examples: After foundation, framing, mechanicals / rough-in, drywall, flooring, etc. to ensure home is at highest standards prior to closing. - All checklists to be completed and turned in to builder.
- Maintain cleanliness of construction sites throughout construction process.
Additional Requirements:
- Perform 30-60 day and year end inspection and checklist. Organize trades and materials to efficiently take care of service work required with least disturbance to customer. Great communication and organization skills required.
- Must be able to follow a schedule and complete tasks in a timely fashion.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems is a plus.
- Must have valid Illinois driver's license.
- Successful candidates should be able to work independently.
- Pay dependent on experience.
