Job Description

Reconstruction Project Manager - Disaster Restoration $70,000 - $75,000 plus incentives. Are you an experienced Restoration Project Manager ready to hit the ground running? We're looking for a driven professional with a strong background managing reconstruction projects following water, fire, wind, and storm damage . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can take full ownership of projects from start to finish—without needing extensive training or oversight. As our Reconstruction Project Manager , you'll oversee the full restoration and rebuild process once mitigation and estimating are complete. You'll manage multiple jobs simultaneously - approximately 80% residential and 20% commercial —ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and up to our high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day reconstruction operations from handoff to completion Coordinate with homeowners, property managers, and subcontractors Schedule trades, manage timelines, and ensure quality workmanship Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams Track project progress, change orders, and documentation Deliver exceptional customer service and problem-solving throughout the rebuild process
Qualifications:
3+ years of project management experience in disaster restoration or reconstruction Proven success managing fire, water, storm, or mold-related rebuilds Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision Valid driver's license and clean driving record If you're a restoration pro who knows reconstruction inside and out—and you're ready to lead projects to completion with excellence—we want to hear from you! #
