GRPA Summary:
Seeking a Construction Project Controller to oversee contractor activities, verify labor and material utilization, and ensure compliance with project agreements.Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in construction administration or related roles Experience on active industrial, commercial, energy, or heavy construction projects Proficiency in reviewing contractor timesheets, invoices, T&M tickets, and change orders Exceptional organizational skills for quality checking building materials and labor recordsKey Responsibilities:
Maintain daily records of workforce headcount, equipment usage, and material deliveries Monitor idle equipment and identify inactive assets for return Track timesheets and material receipts in project management spreadsheets Prepare weekly project activity summaries for the Project Manager Reconcile site labor records with billed hours and investigate discrepancies Manage project documentation including permits and inspection reports Verify worker certifications and site-specific safety compliance Review invoices for accurate charges on labor rates, equipment, and materialsPay:
