CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Overview Join Unlimited Fire Restoration and become part of a fast-growing restoration and construction team handling large fire, water, storm, and insurance restoration projects throughout the Chicagoland area. Responsibilities Manage residential & commercial restoration projects Coordinate subcontractors and inspections Keep projects on schedule and on budget Communicate with homeowners, adjusters, and office staff Ensure quality control from start to finish Qualifications Must have established subcontractor relationships Experience managing construction/restoration projects Ability to schedule and oversee crews efficiently Strong communication and leadership skills Experience with insurance restoration is a plus Must be organized, driven, and able to manage timelines

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
