What You'll Be Doing:

Support the Site Manager in overseeing daily operations. Lead by example to deliver fast, friendly, and consistent service. Coach team members to hit membership and sales goals. Step in to solve problems quickly and keep the site running smoothly. Help maintain site cleanliness, safety, and performance standards. Create a positive, team-first culture that drives results.
