Salary:

Job Details Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Superintendent in managing all on-site construction activities from start to finish Support coordination and supervision of subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel Help maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met Monitor daily jobsite operations including safety, quality control, and productivity Conduct site walks to ensure work is performed in accordance with plans and specifications Assist with logistics planning, material deliveries, and site organization Participate in subcontractor meetings and help drive accountability on-site Track and report project progress, identifying and escalating potential issues early Enforce company safety standards and maintain a clean, organized jobsite
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in commercial construction (field or project engineering experience preferred) Exposure to ground-up or industrial/commercial projects is a plus Basic understanding of construction means & methods, sequencing, and scheduling Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented field environment Strong communication and organizational skills Willingness to learn and grow into a lead Superintendent role
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent field experience) OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred Interested in hearing more?
