Annual Loyalty Bonus Pay:
$26-31/hr
Depending On Experience Work Hours:
Monday-Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm.
Position Summary:
Coordinate projects to achieve revenue goals and objectives while maintaining and developing client relationships through quality service. Act as the liaison between Project Managers, clients, subcontractors and colleagues with a strong customer focus that is positive and enthusiastic, leveraging our brand. This position will also have the opportunity for earning Sales Commissions!
Primary Job Duties:
Review contract documents, clarify the scope, and resolve discrepancies. Track progress of assigned jobs to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, installation schedule and to ensure completion of work within target deadlines. Draft and verify submittals Review and manage project documents Schedule dates for site walk throughs, installations and decommissioning. Collect payments from clients Verify approvals for client financing and schedule document signings. Identify and secure required permits, licenses, and procedures prior to commencement of work. Schedule permit inspections. Prepare submittals, close outs, and purchase orders Experience with bluebeam, procoreQuickBook is a plus
Required Qualifications:
2+ years in project coordination or administrative setting Excellent communication skills, friendly personality, and great client service skills Capable of making quick, thoughtful decisions and staying organized Ability to work in an environment with interruptions and interact with diverse situations and people A self-starter able to prioritize needs with confidence based on the deadlines and activities within their scope of work Advanced computer skills (proficiency with MS Word, OutlookExcel) Experience in plumbing, HVAC or construction trade is a plus
