Job Description

Overview The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting project managers and teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This position is responsible for organizing resources, tracking progress, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Identify potential issues and escalate them to Project Team as needed. Prepare and maintain documentation for Subcontract Agreements, Purchase Orders, Change Orders and Pay Applications Act as a point of contact for subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members throughout all project phases. Assist Project Team with preparation of Invitations to Bid via Procore, distribute and track all project bidding documentation such as bid forms, addendums, and subcontractor proposals. Submit and track change orders through client portal to ensure timely approval and accurate project documentation. Track LCC Changes and issue Change Orders to Subs accordingly. Assist with obtaining required project documentation, including insurance, and ensure timely follow-up from subcontractors. Organize and maintain all job folders/project files in accordance with company standards. Support the project start-up and coordinate project close-out activities, including but not limited to collection of warranties, as-built drawings, and test reports. Provide administrative and logistical support to field supervision. • Download any issued Change Bulletins/Revisions - send out for potential cost impact. Assist as needed with the preparation and review of project submittals and RFIs for submission to architects.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
