Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for overseeing both high end remodeling and new construction projects from beginning through to completion. This position will oversee and manage our superintendents and construction crews on daily tasks, projected hours, scheduling of crews, coordinating of sub-contractors, delivery schedules, purchases, review budget goals, setting standards, hold accountability, and providing leadership.
Responsabilities:
Project Planning :
Develop comprehensive plans for scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
Team Leadership :
Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams effectively.
Stakeholder Management :
Ensure clear communication and alignment of objectives with clients and internal teams.
Risk Management :
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout construction.
Cost and Schedule Control :
Monitor budgets, expenditures, and schedules closely, making adjustments as needed.
Contract Management :
Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
Regulatory Compliance :
Ensure adherence to permits, codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Resource Allocation :
Optimize resource allocation for labor, materials, and equipment.
Conflict Resolution :
Resolve conflicts promptly and maintain positive working relationships.
Documentation and Reporting :
Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular progress reports.
Requirements Experience :
5-7 years in remodeling or construction project management.
Leadership :
Strong team leadership and communication skills.
Budget & Schedule Management :
Proficient in budgeting, scheduling, and cost estimation.
Technical Knowledge :
Understanding of remodeling & new construction processes, codes, and regulations.
Contract Management :
Experience in negotiation and subcontractor management.
Customer Focus :
Commitment to quality work and excellent client service.
Problem-Solving :
Ability to anticipate and resolve project challenges.
Safety Compliance :
Knowledgeable in safety regulations and protocols.
Project Management Software :
Proficiency in relevant software tools.
Education/Certification :
Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant certifications beneficial. Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties or requirements.
