Key Responsibilities Lead and manage installation crews and support staff on landscape projects Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and professional communication Build strong working relationships with team members, subcontractors, and clients Coordinate internally to ensure all quality standards are consistently met Procure materials as needed for project completion Develop and manage installation schedules Conduct team training and support ongoing development initiatives Promote and participate in safety programs and equipment training Sales & Business Development Responsibilities Actively prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and relationship building Identify and pursue new project opportunities within target markets Collaborate with the maintenance & design teams to develop proposals and project estimates Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales and revenue targets Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals Represent the company professionally in client meetings, site visits, and community interactions Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape construction or a related field Strong plant knowledge and general landscaping expertise Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams Excellent customer service and communication skills Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, etc.) Valid driver's license Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions High level of integrity, professionalism, and positive attitude Eligibility Requirements Must be authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship required now or in the future) Compensation & Benefits Compensation based on experience Health, dental, and life insurance 401(k) plan (available after 12 months) Optional vision and supplemental life insurance Company vehicle provided
