The Commercial Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing commercial roofing projects across multiple regions. This leadership role is responsible for supervising field operations, managing crews and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has strong commercial roofing knowledge, proven leadership ability, and experience managing large-scale roofing projects in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of commercial roofing projects from start to completion Supervise roofing crews, subcontractors, and field personnel Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications Coordinate project schedules, manpower, equipment, and material deliveries Conduct quality control inspections throughout all phases of the project Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, vendors, and leadership teams Review project plans, specifications, and scopes of work Identify and resolve jobsite issues proactively Travel to project locations as required Qualifications Minimum 5 years commercial roofing experience preferred Previous field leadership experience required Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, and Metal) OSHA Knowledge and safety-focused mindset Ability to manage multiple crews Willingness and ability to travel extensively Valid driver's license required Compensation & Benefits Company Vehicle Health, Vision, and Dental insurance 401 (k) with company match Bonus opportunity for on time/ on budget project completion
