Construction Manager

Construction Manager Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee multiple residential construction projects simultaneously Coordinate crews, materials, and schedules for roofing, siding, and gutter installations Ensure all work meets company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local building codes Communicate effectively with homeowners, team members, and vendors Conduct job site inspections and resolve issues as they arise Maintain project timelines and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Proven experience in roofing, siding, and gutter installation/management Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and people skills Comfortable working on roofs and at heights Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license

$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
