  • Full-time Telecommunications Construction | Full-Time | Established & Growing Company An established and growing telecommunications construction company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Utility Locate & Construction Coordinator to support our field operations.
This is a critical role responsible for coordinating utility locates, scheduling construction work, and managing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure projects move efficiently and on schedule. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy keeping complex projects organized, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Submit and manage utility locate requests through the JULIE system / 811 Monitor locate tickets and ensure locates are completed on time Coordinate construction scheduling once locates are cleared Track multiple projects occurring simultaneously or over several months Communicate with construction crews, project managers, and subcontractors Maintain organized tracking of schedules, deadlines, and job status Follow up on delayed locates and escalate when necessary Coordinate start dates and adjust schedules based on field conditions Maintain documentation and project tracking spreadsheets/systems Assist in keeping projects moving efficiently and avoiding delays Preferred Experience Experience with JULIE / One-Call / 811 locate systems (Strongly Preferred) Telecom, fiber, or utility construction experience preferred Strong scheduling and coordination experience Ability to manage multiple projects at once Strong organizational and communication skills Experience working with construction crews or field operations Proficient with Microsoft Excel, email, and project tracking tools What We're Looking For Highly organized and detail-oriented Self-starter who takes ownership of projects Strong communication and follow-up skills Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment Problem solver who can adapt to changing schedules About Us We are an established telecommunications construction company with ongoing projects and long-term growth opportunities.
