About Sunrise Pool Builders Sunrise Pool Builders is a growing commercial construction company specializing in pools, water parks, recreational facilities, and specialty construction projects throughout the Midwest. Sunrise Pool Builders has been serving customers throughout the Midwest for over 38 years and continues to experience steady growth. Due to continued growth and increasing project demand, we are adding a Construction Project Manager to our team. Our team is committed to quality, professionalism, accountability, and delivering exceptional results for our clients. Travel Requirement This position includes travel throughout the Midwest with occasional overnight stays. All approved travel expenses are paid by the company. A Typical Week You'll coordinate project schedules, communicate with subcontractors and suppliers, conduct jobsite visits, review project progress, solve field challenges, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. No two projects are exactly alike, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys leadership, variety, and problem solving. What You'll Be Responsible For Managing commercial construction projects from start to finish Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and project schedules Monitoring budgets, timelines, and project quality Conducting site visits and solving field issues Communicating with customers, vendors, and internal teams Leading projects to successful completion We Want To Talk To You If You Have Experience As A:

Pool construction experience is not required. Compensation Base Salary:
