Generally 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, occasional after-hours expected to support international stakeholders Job Summary Kelly Services is seeking a Field Test Coordinator for a dynamic and impactful onsite role supporting critical field validation activities for an advanced engine repower project. This position requires hands-on coordination, technical knowledge of engines, and the ability to manage cross-functional, international stakeholders. Candidates must demonstrate strong project management skills, self-direction, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Repower Coordination:
Lead and execute vehicle repower activities, serving as the central point of contact for field test execution.
Project Management:
Coordinate project objectives, timelines, deliverables, and risks across global teams, engineering, product, and partner stakeholders.
Stakeholder Communication:
Maintain clear, continuous communication with internal and external partners to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
Travel Support:
Facilitate, install, validate, and troubleshoot engines at designated domestic and Canadian sites (exact locations provided upon hire).
Issue Resolution:
Apply hands-on knowledge to overcome challenges in real-world testing environments, escalate risks promptly, and ensure accountability from all partners.
Documentation:
Track milestones, maintain test records, and report status to management and stakeholders.
Independent Operation:
Proactively anticipate, identify, and resolve challenges, driving project outcomes without constant supervision.
Leadership Presence:
Influence teams without direct authority, ensuring adherence to commitments and project success.
Requirements Technical Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of engines (including OEM integration), chassis, and surrounding systems.
Repower Experience:
Demonstrated ability to successfully repower existing vehicles and support installation, validation, and troubleshooting.
Project Management:
Proven experience coordinating and communicating complex projects in cross-functional environments.
Stakeholder Management:
Ability to juggle multiple internal and external stakeholders with competing priorities.
Travel Flexibility:
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and to Canada as needed.
Organization & Accountability:
Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams and hold partners accountable.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication—clear, concise, and effective across international and cross-functional teams.
Self-Starter:
Operates independently, anticipates obstacles, and proactively drives solutions.
Collaborative Mindset:
Approaches work with a cooperative, adaptable attitude and thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced settings.
