Job Summary:
Capital City Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Janitorial Manager to lead and work alongside a janitorial team at a facility in Crawfordsville, Indiana. This is a working manager role — you will be hands-on with cleaning duties while also overseeing the team. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable communicating in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
Perform daily cleaning and janitorial duties alongside the team Supervise and coordinate daily janitorial staff schedules Order cleaning supplies and manage inventory Ensure facility cleanliness standards are met Serve as the primary point of communication between staff and management Train new team members on procedures and expectations
Requirements:
Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written) Previous janitorial, cleaning, or supervisory experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Reliable transportation
Pay:
$20.00 per hour
