Locations:
Crown Point, IN + occasional Indianapolis travel We are a commercial general contractor expanding in Indiana to support our Illinois client base. We are looking for a local Superintendent to run projects in the Indiana area Responsibilities Oversee daily jobsite operations Manage subcontractors, schedule, and inspections Ensure work meets plans, specs, and quality standards Maintain site safety (OSHA compliance) Handle daily reports and coordinate with project managers Qualifications 3+ years as a Superintendent (commercial construction) Ground-up or tenant improvement experience preferred Ability to read drawings and manage field operations Bluebeam or similar software experience a plus Procore software proficiency is a plus Must be local to Indiana Compensation $75,000 - $100,000+ annually (based on experience) Performance bonuses Strong pipeline of consistent work
