Construction Project Coordinator (Full-Time, Onsite)

Our team is growing, and we are looking for a detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to support our Contract Department and help drive project success from start to finish.

Position Overview:

The Construction Project Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting contract administration, project documentation, and communication between internal teams and external partners. This role ensures projects stay organized, compliant, and on track

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and track project contracts, subcontracts, and related documentation Assist with contract review, execution, and compliance requirements Maintain accurate project files, logs, and records Support project managers with scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks Support estimators with preparing bid proposals and procuring bid documents. Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams regarding contract status Track change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and project updates Ensure all documentation meets company standards and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in construction coordination, contract administration, or a related role Strong understanding of construction contracts and project workflows preferred Excellent organizational and multitasking skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with construction management software (especially Procore and PlanGrid) is a plus Associate's or bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Pay:

$25.00 - $31.00 per hour
