: + Valid Business License (if necessary for the service type) + Worker's Compensation Insurance + General Liability Insurance + Federal EIN # + Other verifiable business + 18 years of age minimum + Favorable background investigation results + You can not be a sole proprietor What You'll Do Provide professional commercial window washing services, including: + Interior & exterior window cleaning (low-rise, mid-rise, storefront, and commercial facilities) + Use of ladders, lifts, poles, or other access systems as required + Removal of dirt, grime, and buildup using professional-grade methods and tools + Maintain equipment in safe working condition + Deliver streak-free, inspection-ready results + Communicate clearly with our team when needed This is real field work
