Role Overview The Preconstruction Coordinator Assistant will work under our preconstruction coordinator, getting bids, applying for permits, verifying scope of work, working with spreadsheets, and similar duties. This position will execute key parts of the preconstruction process with speed and accuracy including delivering clean, review-ready work that keeps projects moving.
