Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead for our Commercial Sealcoating company, dedicated to delivering top-tier pavement maintenance solutions with precision and professionalism. As a vital leader on our team, you will oversee project execution, coordinate resources, and ensure safety standards are met while maintaining high-quality workmanship. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a crew, manage multiple projects, and drive operational excellence in the commercial pavement maintenance industry. Duties Lead and supervise a team to ensure efficient project completion while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards Coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery of materials and service Train team members on proper application techniques & equipment operation Proven management experience in the construction or pavement maintenance industry with a focus on commercial projects Supervising experience leading teams in fast-paced environments with multiple ongoing projects Strong background in construction site management including scheduling and resource coordination Strong meticulous attention to detail to ensure process accuracy Ideal candidate will be responsible for setting high standards and monitoring progress to ensure team success

Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
