Job Description Oversee daily on‑site construction activities, ensuring work progresses safely and efficiently. Partner with lead Superintendents to manage subcontractors and field crews, coordinate tasks and verify work quality. Maintain project schedules, tracking progress and adjusting plans to keep milestones on target. Ensure safety compliance, enforcing standards, conducting walkthroughs, and resolving hazards. Make on‑site decisions, using autonomy to address issues and keep the project moving smoothly.
