With $550M+ in active local work in Indy and strong repeat national clients, they offer stability, growth, and diverse project exposure. Job Description Manages all field operations. Creates and manages the cost-loaded project schedule. Coordinates labor, equipment, subcontractors, drawings, and specifications. Responsible for all labor and equipment costs, including input with the monthly projections. Identifies, evaluates, and mitigates project risk. Understands the contract documents to foresee problems before they arise. Communicates quality standards to each subcontractor and vendor. Manages jobsite cleanliness. Assists the Project Manager in preparing monthly billings. Prepares daily logs.
