In This Role You Will :
Serve as the primary liaison for prospective residents and their families throughout the move-in process. Guide individuals from waitlist status through unit selection, reservation, and pre-move planning. Coordinate and schedule move-in timelines, ensuring readiness of unit and completion of required paperwork. Conduct pre-move-in consultations to understand resident preferences, needs, and special accommodations. Collaborate with marketing, maintenance, housekeeping, dining, and other departments to prepare for each move-in. Create personalized move-in plans and welcome packets for new Assist with unit setup such as Internet and TV connections, coordination of extra maintenance requests, or scheduling of contractors to hang TVs or install personal Arrange and oversee moving day logistics, including vendor coordination, wayfinding assistance, and on-site support. Greet new residents on move-in day and provide a warm, welcoming Conduct follow-up visits and check-ins with new residents during their first 30 days to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
