Over $1 billion in completed medical office developments 400+ facilities managed across 22 states 20 million square feet of healthcare real estate Job Description Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across multiple active construction sites. Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, safety standards, and quality expectations. Coordinate and lead subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to drive accountability and teamwork. Enforce compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety protocols. Review project drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and alignment. Facilitate site meetings, inspections, and progress updates with stakeholders. Anticipate challenges and implement solutions to prevent delays or disruptions. Support quality assurance, punch list completion, and project closeout processes. Mentor junior field staff and Assistant Superintendents to develop leadership capabilities. Maintain a professional presence with clients, design teams, and regulatory authorities.
