Job Description

ABOUT US
FASCore Construction LLC is an engineering solutions provider supporting industrial and advanced manufacturing projects across the U.S. We coordinate equipment sourcing, material logistics, installation planning, and after-sales services. FASCore operates in Texas, California, Indiana, and South Carolina.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▸Establish and implement contracting responsibilities; fulfill contractor (Party B) obligations externally and coordinate owner (Party A) requirements internally.▸Prepare and review construction organization design and construction plans; submit for owner review and approval.▸Execute project construction management; coordinate with owner, subcontractors, and government regulators.▸Manage project safety, schedule tracking, quality control, change management, and cost control.▸Cooperate with the owner's management requirements; participate in coordination meetings.▸Develop commissioning plans for equipment and systems at each project stage; conduct equipment testing, commissioning, acceptance, and handover to owner.▸Handle all necessary construction permits and administrative procedures; compile documentation for each project phase.▸Implement project cost control; confirm additional work quantities and site variations; manage contract payment collection.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
▸Legally authorized to work in the U.S. continuously (U.S. citizen, PR, or valid work visa); no criminal record.▸Familiar with U.S. factory construction processes, permitting requirements, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) installation codes, inspection, and acceptance standards.▸Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.▸Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP construction management with a proven track record leading project teams independently.▸Strong communication, coordination, judgment, decision-making, interpersonal, and planning/execution skills.▸Ability to travel frequently due to project-based work.▸Proficient in MS Office, Autodesk CAD, Revit, and BIM tools.▸Proficiency in Chinese is a strong plus (native-level preferred; cross-cultural U.S./China experience valued).▸Candidates with NASCLA and PSI Exam qualifications (within past 2 years) or willingness to complete them are preferred and eligible for additional compensation.★
NOTE:
Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a significant advantage. Native-level or near-native candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
