We are looking for someone who has real experience in construction, renovations, or property inspections, someone who can walk into a property and quickly determine:
- What needs to be done
- What it should cost
- What it should look like when complete This role is an integral part of our turn team and plays a key role in our overall success. The Scope of Work (SOW) you create drives:
- Project efficiency
- Team performance
- Profitability
- Client and resident experience If you get it right, everything runs smoothly. If you miss things, it creates problems. What You'll Be Doing
- Walk vacant properties and determine full scope of work
- Create detailed SOWs for move outs and renovations
- Perform move-out and move-in inspections
- Conduct progress checks and final walkthroughs
- Verify work is completed correctly and completely
- Communicate with technicians and project team
- Take photos and videos of completed projects
- Investigate issues and solve problems quickly Who This Job Is For This role is ideal for:
