Construction Project Manager

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards. Duties Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closing. Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to ensure timely completion. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide project development. Utilize software tools such as Buildertrend and Procore for project management and documentation. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Communicate effectively with stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and team members. Maintain comprehensive project documentation using Bluebeam for collaboration and tracking. Address any issues or discrepancies that arise during the construction process promptly. Qualifications Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry. Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics. Proficiency in project coordination tools such as HeavyBid, Prolog, Primavera, Civil 3D, and Bluebeam. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team collaboration and communication. A degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
