Wash Supervisor | Drive and Shine | Roseland/933

Our Supervisor role is designed for motivated individuals who want to grow their leadership skills while helping lead daily operations in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. As a Supervisor, you'll work side-by-side with the team helping drive customer experience, operational flow, cleanliness, and team energy throughout the shift. This is a hands-on leadership role with growth opportunities for future Co-Manager and Wash Manager positions. Depending on the location, Supervisors may work directly with the Wash Manager or alongside both a Wash Manager and Co-Manager as part of the site leadership team.

What You'll Do:

Help lead daily operations during assigned shifts Support and motivate team members Delivers great customer service experiences Help drive membership sales and customer engagement Maintain a clean, organized, customer-ready facility Support training and development of team members Help maintain building, grounds, and landscaping appearance Lead by example through energy, teamwork, and professionalism

What We're Looking For:

We hire leaders who are HUNGRY | HUMBLE | SMART Leadership experience preferred but not required Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Able to stay productive in a fast-paced environment Desire to grow into future leadership opportunities

Physical & Work Environment:

• Work outdoors in hot, cold, wet, snowy, and changing weather conditions
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, and stay active throughout shifts
• Perform physical cleaning and site upkeep regularly
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining safety and appearance standards
