Job Description Develop and implement schedules and work plans for assigned projects Communicate with customers and project team members to coordinate schedules, changes, and resolve issues Direct field personnel to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and schedules Ensure project documentation and quantity reporting is accurate and complete Develop submittals, change orders, and pay requests as assigned Resolve construction problems collaboratively and proactively Review and evaluate daily costs, timesheets, truck, and equipment usage Monitor employee compliance with safety programs and ensure corrective measures are implemented Coordinate with other departments (Quality Control, Equipment, etc.) to ensure materials, inspections, and equipment are in place Qualifications 3+ years of experience in heavy highway, civil, and site development projects Experience with asphalt, concrete, grading, and underground utility work preferred Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills Adaptable and able to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office essential Excellent problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Why You Will Love Working Here Collaborative culture where your leadership directly drives project success Exposure to varied and high-profile projects including asphalt, concrete, and bridge work Recognition for ownership mentality and high-quality performance Competitive benefits package and supportive work environment
