In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day roofing installation activities, ensure job sites operate safely and efficiently, and maintain company standards for quality and professionalism. You'll coordinate with crews, communicate directly with homeowners throughout the project, and ensure timelines, safety expectations, and production goals are consistently met. You'll work closely with our Production Team and leadership, receiving support from a strong internal team while helping keep projects organized and moving smoothly in a fast-paced construction environment. This is an ideal fit for someone who is proactive, dependable, and confident in leading others while solving problems on the go. The right person takes pride in maintaining high standards, keeping crews accountable, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:

Do:

Oversee daily roofing and exterior project operations on active job sites Conduct walk-throughs before, during, and after installation to ensure quality and accuracy Coordinate crews, schedules, materials, and overall project flow Communicate directly with homeowners throughout the production process Troubleshoot on-site challenges and address the punch list or warranty items Upload project photos and documentation through CompanyCam Track material usage and communicate shortages or changes to the office and leadership team Enforce OSHA and company safety standards, including PPE compliance and safety checks

Production Team Qualifications:
