Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Construction Superintendent to oversee ground-up commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who understands how to manage subcontractors, maintain safety and quality standards, and drive project schedules to completion—on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily on-site construction operations Coordinate all subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors Enforce safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance Maintain project schedules and communicate progress to Project Managers Oversee quality control and ensure construction adheres to plans/specs Manage jobsite documentation including daily reports and photos Represent Bull Creek Construction professionally with clients, vendors, and municipal officials

Qualifications:

2+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction Strong understanding of ground-up construction methods and sequencing Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and construction documents Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficient with digital tools such as Smartsheet, Procore, or similar platforms
