- Planning, coordinating, and managing all phases of construction projects, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout
- Establishing project objectives, timelines, delivery schedules, scopes of work, and deliverables with Owners, Stakeholders and Clients
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Oversee project bidding, including bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and vendor selection (we have NO estimating department)
- Identify risks, ensure compliance with regulatory and safety protocols. Make regular site visits
- Reporting and document sharing through PROCORE management software Required skills and Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in construction methodologies, construction management or a related field
- Or 5+ years of relevant experience, track record of successfully completed projects
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, blueprints, specifications and construction schematics
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency with Project Management Software, Excel, Computer Ease, PROCORE, Building Connected, Microsoft Projects (Gant Chart) Work in person at our offices in Lenexa.
