I need a reliable person to run my job sites part-time. What you'll do: Show up when my crew arrives (around 7 AM) Stay on site until the roof is done (usually 8-10 hours) Take photos throughout the day for our records Help the crew with small things, like setting up tarps Walk the finished job with the homeowner Collect the final payment Return any leftover materials the next day Chat with curious neighbors. If I sell them a roof, you get paid.

What you get paid:

$250 per job, paid weekly $500 bonus every time a neighbor turns into a sold job Extra pay if you want to help schedule jobs What I need from you: A clean truck or van (no rust, looks good) Reliable. You show up when you say you will (non-negotiable) Good with people Pays attention to details Okay with long days sometimes Flexible schedule. Some weeks are busy, some are slow.
