We operate across commercial construction, landscape maintenance, snow & ice management, and residential design-build. What we need now is a Construction Production Manager ready to lead production operations, build strong teams, and execute high-quality landscape construction projects. The Role This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing day-to-day production within our commercial construction division. You will lead multiple production crews across large commercial landscape construction projects while coordinating equipment, materials, scheduling, and field operations. You'll work directly with general contractors, foremen, vendors, and company leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, professionally and profitably. What You'll Be Doing Production & Scheduling Oversee commercial field workers and daily production activities Manage schedules, manpower, and equipment across active projects Ensure work is completed on time and to company standards Budgets & Resources Manage labor budgets and crew efficiency Track inventories, tools, and materials Support purchasing and vendor coordination Team Leadership Lead, coach, and develop foremen, crew leaders, and field staff Build accountability and a high-performance culture Quality & Performance Monitor job progress, productivity, and costs Solve problems quickly and improve field operations Enforce safety and quality expectations Customer & GC Experience Represent the company professionally on jobsites Communicate effectively with GCs, inspectors, subcontractors, and clients Help maintain strong relationships through execution and reliability Who We're Looking For This role is best suited for someone who is wired to lead, organize, and get things done.
