Job Description
The Opportunity Description Leads all phases of large-scale commercial construction projects ($50M+) from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Manages project schedules, budgets, forecasting, subcontractors, contracts, change orders, and overall construction operations across multiple projects simultaneously. Oversees field teams including Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and Superintendents while driving collaboration, accountability, and project performance. Conducts subcontractor coordination meetings, client/OAC meetings, and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders. Enforces OSHA safety standards, quality control processes, permitting compliance, and maintain accurate project financials, documentation, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial construction projects, including large-scale developments exceeding $50M. This leadership role is responsible for project planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, safety compliance, quality control, and client relationship management from groundbreaking through final completion.NOTE:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction. Proven experience managing $50M+ commercial construction projects from conception to completion.Experience across commercial sectors including:
(High-Rise Construction, Multifamily & Student Housing, Senior Living, Large Box Industrial, Advanced Manufacturing, Food & Beverage Facilities, Hospitality Construction) Strong conceptual estimating, bidding, and preconstruction experience. Knowledge of commercial construction means, methods, scheduling, and project delivery. Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.Experience OR proficiency with:
