The Employee Retention Program ("ERP") Coordinator keeps our ERP program running smoothly. You will help manage the program, guide new team members through their onboarding process, and make sure orientation training is completed accurately and on time.Job duties include:
Handle any ERP issues, reporting them to leadership when necessary, and giving feedback to improve team member retention and attendance. Facilitate various ERP training sessions and ensure everything follows company policies. Coordinate theEmployee Retention Program:
Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new team members. Implement, monitor, and complete the orientation training program on time. Report issues to the next level of leadership if ERP is not functioning properly at the plant. Provide feedback to help reduce turnover, increase retention, and positively impact team member attendance. Facilitate ERP trainings using prepared resources and materials, including but not limited to: Weekly Trainer Meeting. Weekly New Hire Meeting. New ERP Trainer Onboarding. Weekly Leadership Meeting. Review attendance, turnover and retention with Site Manager. Partner with ERP Manager for best practices. Comply with company policies and procedures, utilizing the escalation process when necessary.WHAT WE OFFER
