Job Description
Job Overview Pacific Sundance Construction specializes in Healthcare Commercial Construction, with a focus in Senior Living Environments. The Construction Superintendent is responsible for assisting the Project Manager in managing construction activities on the project site. Responsibilities and duties include the following: Responsibilities Coordinate work with the Subcontractors. Scheduling daily activities on-site. Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and subcontracts and ensuring that all work is installed per these Contract Documents. Daily Logs and Weekly Reports. Coordination meetings with Subcontractors. Creating & updating the project schedule. New project job-walks with the project team (PM, Owner, Architect/Engineers). Assisting the Project Manager in creating budgets, contracts, and document control. Communicate with the project team. Ability to solve problems and use resources to find solutions. Maintain a safe jobsite per OSHA standards. Supervise and coordinate multiple projects. Skills and Abilities Corporate communication via email and reports. Ability to use a computer and run a paperless jobsite. Construction computer software such as BlueBeam, MS Excel, & Procore. Willing to travel up to (3) hours to a jobsite. Blueprint reading
