Contract Superintendent

A long time Akron General Contractor is seeking a Superintendent to join their team for a Project-Based position in Pittsburgh, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for 6-9 months of work with skills in Commercial Construction. They care deeply about providing high quality service to each client and are looking for that Superintendent to be client facing as well as have a thorough knowledge in commercial construction processes. Superintendent Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent B.S. in a Construction related degree is preferred, but other applicants with equivalent experience will also be considered Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations with a proven history of upholding those policies and procedures Ability to supervise Field Employees and Subcontractors on a project Extensive knowledge in construction processes that aid in completing projects on time and within budget
