Competitive salary + benefits | Approximately $80,000•140,000+ depending on experience Five Star Mechanical is a locally owned mechanical contractor serving Wichita and the surrounding region since 2005. We provide HVAC, plumbing, piping, sheet metal, and building automation solutions for commercial and industrial customers, with a strong focus on quality work, long-term relationships, and taking care of our people and clients. We have built a strong team and a great culture, and as we continue to grow, we are always interested in connecting with experienced construction professionals who could make us even better. We are looking for experienced leaders who enjoy taking ownership of projects, building relationships, leading teams, and delivering results. We value individuals with a strong project management background who can make decisions, solve problems, and create confidence with customers, field teams, and leadership.
What this opportunity could involve:
Leading projects from pre-construction through closeout Managing schedules, budgets, and project performance Coordinating field teams, vendors, and customers Tracking project costs and change management Building strong client relationships Supporting quality and safety initiatives Experience from mechanical contractors, general contractors, commercial, industrial, or construction management environments can all bring value.
