  Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring a Superintendents for commercial construction projects in the Midwest. The pay range is $90,000
• $140,000 per year based on experience.

All Superintendents are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are specifically looking for someone with experience in Restaurant building construction. We are looking for skilled professionals to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven leaders. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

Ultimate Job Duties:

+ Supervise and coordinate field construction activities and personnel + Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, quality, and safety objectives + Communicate site conflicts, schedule, and quality issues effectively to the project manager + Review submittals and submit RFIs to the project manager + Maintain daily housekeeping of trailer and job site + Ensure tools are operated correctly and safely + Monitor project equipment needs, utilization, and maintenance + Maintain open communication with subcontractors to support project activities + Ensure project safety protocols are followed by all personnel + Participate in jobsite safety assessments and accident investigations + Submit accurate daily job reports and weekly photos + Manage project close-out, ensuring timely completion of punch lists +

Mentor Project Engineers, Foremen, and Carpenters Ultimate Superintendent Requirements:

+ Experience building Chic Fil A's, Slim Chickens, Raising Canes etc. + High level of professionalism and communicates at same level + Able to meet tough schedules and plan through unfavorable events that delay schedule + Versed well in most Technology + Energetic, hungry, and ready to impress Benefits of Working at
