Role Description We are seeking a full-time Project Supervisor to join our team on-site in Florence, KY. The Project Supervisor will work with a fellow Project Supervisor or Manager to oversee pavement marking projects from start to finish, manage teams to ensure efficiency, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, monitoring progress, communicating with clients and stakeholders, and resolving operational challenges in real-time. The role requires effective leadership and a thorough understanding of project management best practices within the construction or pavement marking industry. Qualifications Strong project management skills, including scheduling, team coordination, and problem-solving abilities Leadership and team management experience to motivate and guide teams effectively Knowledge of safety and quality standards within the construction or pavement marking industry Excellent communication and client relationship management skills Proficiency in relevant software tools for project tracking and reporting is a plus Ability to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic work environment with changing priorities Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required Previous experience in pavement marking or construction supervision is highly desirable
