The pay range for this role is between $55-69/Hr.

What You'll Be Doing Implement building construction projects to support site Coordinates construction scheduling and communication Manage daily construction and RFI support for construction projects Act as liaison between in-field construction and project management May be responsible for estimates, schedules, materials and purchase orders Supervises construction activity in the field Coordinate weekend/shutdown work plans with contractors, facilities, NAMC shops, PC, and PE Work with vendors and contractors to coordinate equipment delivery, installation, and scheduling Have knowledge of general building construction methods Monitor equipment installation methods for confirmation that installation meets specifications and drawings Coordinator RFI's and CCR's Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in industrial or commercial construction projects Strong technical knowledge of construction means and methods Proficient drawing review and field application abilities OSHA 30 certification Ability to properly manage a construction schedule on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis Ability to stand, stoop, and walk throughout a large industrial manufacturing plant for many hours of the day Ability to ascend & descend stairs to roof or equipment rooms throughout a large industrial manufacturing plant Competent withMicrosoft Office:
