Job Description
Overview As the Construction Coordinator III you will be responsible for overseeing contractor construction activities across assigned projects to ensure compliance with safety standards, schedules, specifications, and quality requirements. Monitors contractor performance, documents daily field activities, coordinates work between contractors and internal teams, and recommends corrective actions when safety or performance issues arise while maintaining strong communication with project stakeholders. Responsibilities Monitors performance of contractors and contractor personnel to ensure safety and industry best practices are being met. Recommends corrective actions in the field when safety performance is found to be unacceptable. Documents daily contractor activities through written descriptions and photographs of work. Coordinates compliance with Company Policy, such as LOTO, hot work, confined space, etc. Experience 5+ years of supervisory/project experience is preferred. Civil, Mechanical, Operational, CWI, Pipe welding, or QA/QC experience is preferable. Advanced proficiency in OSHA and site safety standards.
