Duties Supervise daily construction activities on-site, coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth operations Monitor project progress against schedules using construction management software like Primavera P6 and Primavera, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines Enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA standards, conducting regular safety inspections and training sessions Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to verify work accuracy and adherence to design specifications Manage project budgets, track expenses, and assist with construction estimating using Sage Oversee quality control processes, ensuring work meets industry standards and client expectations Maintain comprehensive documentation including daily reports, incident logs, change orders, and contract compliance records Utilize construction site experience to troubleshoot issues promptly, ensuring minimal delays or disruptions Implement project scheduling strategies to optimize resource allocation and workflow efficiency Conduct regular site inspections with tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing or other relevant equipment Experience Proven supervising experience in commercial or heavy civil construction projects with a strong understanding of construction management principles Extensive knowledge of construction site safety regulations and OSHA compliance practices Hands-on experience with construction management software including Sage, Bluebeam, and other relevant tools Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Skilled in construction estimating, budgeting, and contract management processes Familiarity with GC projects and construction infrastructure is a plus Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while fostering collaboration and accountability Practical experience with project scheduling techniques and managing multiple priorities simultaneously Join us as a Site Supervisor to lead impactful projects that shape communities!
