You'll be involved in the entire process—from bid preparation through project closeout—ensuring that estimates are accurate and projects are delivered on time and within budget. Qualifications 3-6 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction estimating and/or project management Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts Strong financial and analytical skills related to budgeting, estimating, and cost tracking Excellent communication and time-management skills Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required) A bit about us: - We are a privately held design-build firm based in Central Kentucky, with a strong focus on commercial, industrial, and manufacturing construction.
